The Basket Mill is a high capacity equipment that simplifies the old method of production based on two stages; a first one for the dispersion and a second one for the grinding, realizing both stages in a quick and consecutive way obtaining thus a stable product of high quality.

Our basket mills are easily clean generating few residues, besides they have a production time optimisation without resigning to the quality. Its main application field centres on the inks and on paints. This type of equipment is available in multiple sizes from laboratory production level up to the industrial production.

The model with cover protects the environment and reduces the volatilisation being able to fix parameters as the temperature and to grind each product in accordance with its own configuration. The inspection window facilitates the visual control and makes the capture of samples possible.

Using the automatic mode, the temperature can be adjusted to each product controlling constantly the value. By using the manual mode, the production can be interrupted at any time.
