All our Glass lined Products enjoy great aspect having in addition a high corrosion resistance. The enamel is clean, free from pollution and fissures. More than hundred quality standard, including the ASME and ISO9001 standard, answer for their quality with a 1-year warrant.

INGOR enamelled products are characterized by:

  • All the manufacturing processes are carried out at the same workshop, from the reception of the steel plates up to the finished products, avoiding any corrosion. All the products are manufactured in an only production chain assuring a high quality and the use of the most specialized technology to be able to obtain a well-finished product having an aesthetic aspect. This system allows guaranteeing the replacement and the repair of all the pieces and accessories furnished.
  • Glaze on the inside of the equipment is heated in electric stoves (instead of gas or coal ovens) assuring the surface quality, the stability and the absence of pollution.
  • Different types of ovens are used depending on the product specifications. This versatility avoids any deformation of the product, therefore saving costs.
  • Additional treatment processes are applied on the outside surface of the product with shot blasting followed by painting, which ensures more good looking appearance.
  • The glaze used has been tried for more than 30 years in the USA and in Japan.
  • Any element or accessory can be done with a maximum size of 100.000 lt.
  • All the products are manufactured in accordance with the manufacture standard for pressure vessels. The thickness of the steel plates used is guaranteed up to the requirements by the standard for pressure vessels.
  • The steel plates used in the manufacture of products come from external manufacturers with exact dimensions and controlled manufacturing processes.
  • Most of the equipment accessories are done at the same installation, controlling thus its quality and the after sale service.
