CEH-A Series Centrifugal Unloading Centrifugal Machine
CEH-A series centrifugal machine is a kind of filtering equipment which unloads with centrifugal force and operates continuously. The suspension is distributes even on the filtering screen on the small end of rotary cone drum. The liquid goes through the filtering medium and discharge out of the machine. The solid is left in the drum. The solid continuously slides to the large end of the rotary drum under the centrifugal force function and discharge out of the rotary drum. The materials in IL series are discharged from the lower of the chassis. The materials in IW series are discharged from the front case. CEH-B Series Horizontal Screw Unloading Filtering Centrifugal Machine
CEH-B series centrifugal machine is a kind of filter equipment of horizontal screw unloading and continuous operation. The rotary drum and the material conveying screw rotate at some different speed in the same direction. The materials enter the screw internal cylinder thought the feeding pipe. The screw cylinder speeds up and the materials enter the rotary drum. Under the function of the centrifugal force, the liquid goes through the filtering medium and is discharged out of the machine. The solid is left in the rotary drum and form the filter residue. The filter residue is pushed by the screw and continuously moves to the upper of the rotary drum and is discharged out of the rotary drum thorough the unloading channel. The machine can continuously feed, separate, wash and unload at full speed. It has advantages such as compact structure, small volume, continuous run, steady operation, strong applicability, large treatment volume, low moisture content of filter cake and others.

CEH-C Series Horizontal Scraper Unloading Centrifugal Machine
After the motor drives the rotary drum at full speed, the feeding valve automatically opens, the materials enters the rotary, drum through the feeding pipe. With the help of the rake tooth, the solid in the suspension liquid sprays even in the rotary drum. Under the function of the centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filtering cloth and the filtering holes in the rotary drum wall and exhausts from the rotary drum. And through the outlet pipe, the liquid is exhausted out of the machine. With the thickness of the filtering cakes increasing, the rake tooth rotates. When the rake tooth rotates to some angle, it touches the limit switch and cut off the time relay to make the feeding valve shut and the feeding stops. At the same time, the washing valve automatically opens, the detergent sprays on the filtering cakes through the washing pipe. After the filtering cakes are washed completely, the washing valve closes. The centrifugal machine goes on dewatering, then the scraper rotates to scrape the materials down. The scraped materials are discharged from the machine through the discharge port.
